Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.

Yet you, Lord, are our Father.
We are the clay, you are the potter;
we are all the work of your hand.

We Offer Special Needs Ministry
Our heart for this ministry is simple and strong: To make the gospel accessible to all children. We believe every child is uniquely created in the image of God and deserves the opportunity to know Him in a way that is engaging, meaningful, and tailored to their individual needs.
Our Special Needs Ministry provides a safe, loving, and inclusive space where children with developmental, sensory, behavioral, or communication differences can experience the love of Jesus and grow in their faith.
What we currently offer:
1-on-1 Aides: Volunteers offer individualized support for children with special needs or behavioral challenges to help them participate fully in ministry activities
Noise-Canceling Headphones: Provided during worship and other high-volume times to support children with sound sensitivities.
Visual Supports: Visual schedules, cues, and timers help ease transitions and clarify routines.
Flexible Seating Options: We offer bean bags, floor seating, and sensory bands to help children feel comfortable, regulated, and ready to engage.
Fidget and Sensory Toys: Available to help children stay calm, focused, and engaged throughout the morning.
Our growing vision includes:
1. Creating a dedicated sensory area for breaks and self-regulation.
2. Incorporating more multisensory Bible lessons using movement, visuals, sound, and hands-on experiences
3. Offering ongoing volunteer training to equip our team to better serve neurodivergent children and those with disabilities.
4. Implementing Universal Design for learning strategies so all children benefit from inclusive environments and teaching methods.
We want to continue to create a space where every child feels known and loved, and every family is invited to encounter Jesus in a way that works for them. If you’re a family seeking support or someone who feels called to serve, we’d love to connect with you!
